The corresponding author can login to his/her workspace and follow the link to upload (or re-upload) video presentation file until the deadline on December 20, 2020.
You are also kindly required to submit a release form with your video (signed copy in PDF or JPG), as it is not covered by the original copyright transfer. The deadline for the submission is December 20, 2020.
While we are unable to provide individualized technical support to help you create your video, Zoom and Loom are both possible approaches to record your presentation, which are available to users on most platforms and in most countries. The free plan of Zoom lets you record a compatible video from content displayed on your computer screen and voice recorded via the computer microphone. Alternatively, you could use Loom to quickly record a screencast with voiceover and your face.
Please be sure the video includes the title of the paper, the authors, and a reference to SII 2021. It is easy for the session chairs and attendees to identify the video.
The presentation videos which we currently ask the authors to submit by December 20 will be shared as on-demand pre-recorded presentations as well as a backup for live presentations. As a backup for a live presentation for the video demonstration sessions, could you please include your spotlight presentation for 5 minutes at the beginning of the video? In addition to the spotlight presentation, you can add your demonstrations in your video within maximum 15 minute long to be shared as an on-demand presentation video. So, the minimum content that a presentation video for the video demonstration sessions should include is a 5 minutes spotlight presentation.
Please start early: given that the resulting video files will be very large, they might need a long time to transfer.
