We ask that at least ONE of the authors of the accepted contributing paper MUST register for the conference by November 22, 2019 to be included in the conference proceedings. This is to ensure that at least one of the presenting authors will be registered to attend the conference and deliver the presentation.
Each paper requires at least one registration. Please note that ONE registration can only be associated to ONE paper. If one corresponding author has multiple accepted submissions, you will need to pay an additional charge for the additional full paper (25000JPY). Please see Extra item section below.
Each attendee must register separately.

Extra Items
Each paper requires at least one registration. Please note that ONE registration can only be associated to ONE paper. If one corresponding author has multiple accepted submissions, you will need to pay an additional charge for the additional full paper (25,000JPY per paper).
For the final submission, a manuscript should be 4-6 pages, with an option to extend to 8 pages with additional fee (20,000 JPY per page).
One rgistration includes one banquest ticket. If he/she wishes to invite a geust to the banquest, he/she needs to buy an extra banquet ticket.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that after December 6 (24:00 JST), your registration fee will NOT be refunded. All cancellations or modifications of registration must be processed online.

Registration must be processed online from the registration website. The registration process is managed by Kinki Nippon Tourist Kanto.
When an error occurs during the payment process, please contact SII 2020 Registration and Accommodation Team, Kinki Nippon Tourist Kanto. A special link for the payment will be sent by Kinki Nippon Tourist Kanto. Please complete the payment process using the link.
