Notes:
- Virtual Registration is NOT being offered.
- Until Nov. 15, only Authors can register.
- All prices shown below are in USD.
- Cancun time (EST or UTC/GMT -5 hours) is used.

*Each paper must include at least one Author Registration. The deadline for the Author Registration is Nov. 15, 2025. Authors who have not registered by Nov. 15, 2025, in the final submitted paper version will have their paper removed from the program and the proceedings.
**Student Author can upload only one (1) paper with this registration fee.
Author Registration Guidelines
- Authors must register before uploading their paper.
- Authors are permitted to upload only one (1) paper per registration.
- Papers are limited to six (6) pages (including index/references).
- Authors may purchase*** up to two (2) additional pages at $165/page. The total maximum number of pages cannot exceed eight (8).
***Payment can be included within the registration process.

Additional Tickets
- Additional Welcome Reception ticket: $80
- Additional Banquet ticket: $105
- Additional Farewell Party ticket: $55
Invitation Letters
Attendees will have the option to request a Visa Invitation Letter during the registration process. The Visa Invitation Letters will be available to REGISTERED and PAID participants only. These letters do not and cannot commit the Organizing Committee to any financial obligation. The letters cannot be customized to specify a presentation or paper.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your conference registration on or before Dec. 19, 2025, you will receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee. Cancellations made after this date will not be eligible for a refund. Cancun time (EST or UTC/GMT -5 hours) is used.
