🏝️Presentation Guidelines
🐚🪸Regular & Special Session Papers
Accepted Regular and Special Session Papers will be delivered as oral presentations during the Regular and Special Sessions.
- Presenters are required to bring their own laptops for their presentations. Each paper is allocated a total of 15 minutes, consisting of 12 minutes for the presentation, followed by 3 minutes for questions and discussion.
- Presenters should connect their laptops to the projector and verify that their presentation displays correctly before the session begins. Please note that only an HDMI connection will be available in all session rooms.
- There is no specific template for the slides. You should choose the format that best represents your research work.
- Please use the SII 2026 logos found on the Brand Kit page in your slides.
🐚🪸Late Breaking Results
Accepted Late Breaking Results will be delivered as poster presentations during the Poster Sessions.
- Posters should be printed in A0 format, portrait orientation, with the following dimensions: 84.1 cm (width) × 118.9 cm (height), or equivalently 33.1 in (width) × 46.8 in (height).
- There is no specific template for the posters. You should choose the format that best represents your research work.
- Please use the SII 2026 logos found on the Brand Kit page in your poster.
