IEEE/SICE SII is the premier symposium series presenting the state of the art and future perspectives of System integration, where industry experts, researchers, and academics share ideas and experiences surrounding frontier technologies, breakthrough and innovative solutions and applications.
The 2023 IEEE/SICE International Symposium on System Integrations (SII 2023) will be the 15th anniversary symposium. System integration is one of the key technologies in Systems Engineering where the integration of hardware and software is critical to solve industrial or social system problems in the new century. This symposium focuses on the new research and industrial applications of system integration, and discusses improvements to the effectiveness of system integration.

Online Proceedings and Virtual Conference Platform can be accessed now
Workshop start time has been changed from 2:00 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.
Topics of interest include but are not limited to
Control technologies, Robotics, Network systems, Plant engineering, Integration platforms, Software design, Hardware design, Decision making systems, Machine learning
Mechatronics systems, Automation, Virtual reality, Entertainment systems, Micro and nanosystems
Human factors, Environment/Ecological systems, Rescue systems, Intelligent transportation systems, Large-scale infrastructure systems, Telecommunication systems
Medical devices, Rehabilitation systems, Human-robot interaction/collaboration
The working language of the conference is English. Authors will submit their papers electronically in PDF format. For the first submission, a manuscript can be 4-6 pages. For the final submission, a manuscript should be 4-6 pages, with 2 additional pages allowed but at an extra charge. All papers are peer reviewed. Accepted papers will be published in an IEEE proceedings volume to be included in IEEE Xplore.
Proposals for a half-day or full-day workshop, or a tutorial should include: title, organizers, abstract, brief description of the area of interest, and a list of prospective speakers.
Video demonstration sessions provide an opportunity for authors to present their early-stage research, prototypes and products to symposium attendees. We will provide the ability to play narrated videos. Our goal is to organize a forum for sharing results in an interactive and visually understandable form.
Special sessions provide the opportunity to discuss focused topics that are not necessarily included in the list of conference technical tracks. A specific emerging field where researchers would like to meet and discuss advances may be proposed.
