We ask that at least ONE of the authors of the accepted contributing paper MUST register for the conference by November 15th, 2021 at 24:00 (GMT+1), to be included in the conference proceedings. This is to ensure that at least one of the presenting authors will be registered to attend the conference and deliver the presentation.

Each paper requires at least one registration. Please note that ONE registration can only be associated to ONE submission (full paper, special session paper or short paper). If you are an author of a paper (and the only one attending the conference) and have multiple accepted submissions across same or different submission categories, you will need to pay additional charges for the additional papers.

Fee for auditing allows ONLY for Event Attendance by registered attendee and DOES NOT include symposium proceedings data.
Only Credit Card payment is acceptable.Each paper requires at least one registration. For the final submission, a manuscript should be 4-6 pages, with an option to extend to 8 pages with additional fee (1000 NOK per page).

In case of cancellation before December 15 at 24:00 (GMT+1), we will refund the balance after deducting the commission fee.
Please note that after December 15, 2021 at 24:00 (GMT+1), your registration fee will NOT be refunded. All cancellations or modifications of registration must be processed online.
