LatinX in System Integration
Connecting LatinX voices shaping system integration worldwide

  • International Forum
  • Jan. 13, 2026, 16:00 pm

This forum aims at Latin American (LatinX) researchers from academia and industry working on (or interested in) system integration. It provides a space to share experiences and challenges, and to connect with other LatinX researchers within and beyond LATAM. Speakers from LATAM, Asia, Europe, and the United States will present current research that anchors this initiative. The format fosters open dialogue and knowledge exchange with the wider robotics, AI, and automation communities. Topics include system integration in advanced robotics, AI, and renewable & sustainable energies. The event is an opportunity to explore future directions for SII across academia and industry.

🐚🪸Description

LatinX researchers will share contributions to system integration from an international perspective (LATAM, Asia, the EU, and the US). The primary objective is to present current research themes of leading LatinX researchers spanning robotics, AI, and automation, from academic and industrial viewpoints. A broader goal is to share these themes with the wider research and industrial community to gather feedback and foster collaboration. Representative topics include human-robot collaboration and interaction, machine learning in industrial robotics and automation, and integration of renewable and sustainable energies.

🐚🪸Topics of Interest

Human-Robot Collaboration, Humanoids, Industrial Robotics, Service Robotics, Haptics, AI Systems, Renewable & Sustainable Energy
